01:59 pm: finally.
Tomorrow I get my gallbladder removed.

11:20 am: So far this winter...

We came home for Christmas on Dec. 22.  This next day my great aunt passed away.

Three days later, Jacob's grandpa pasted away.  Two days after that, I had to go to the ER. 

I missed my great aunt's funeral because I was in so much pain. By the way, they still don't know what's wrong with me.... Awesome.

Last night, Jacob got a call saying his grandma passed away.  I don't think we will be able to come home for the services.  He can only get a pass to come for for the death of immediate family.

It's been a long two months of being in hospitals and watching people suffer.  I'm glad they are all in better place now.

Life here in Oak Grove has been pretty good so far.  We have settled in nicely.  The house is coming along.  Luckily, we haven't had to update the place too much.  The only thing we have really had to do was buy a new stove.  The other one worked, but it was just so old looking and took forever to heat up.  So, we just got a new one.   We had to get a new t.v. too because it was not fun watching a 22in from six feet away.  We ended up getting a Samsung 37in 1080p.  We got it for a good price from h.h. gregg during their Christmas in July sales.  We went back there to buy a deep freezer, but no one came around to help us.  We stood around for 10 minutes and no one came around, so we just walked out and got it from the PX.  It was crazy.

Nothing much has been going on here.  Except the high speed chase that just happened on our street.  Jacob, Breana, and I were sitting here installing the PS3 that we got today and we heard tires screeching.  I got up and looked out the blinds and I saw this car fly in front of our house.  So, we went outside.  One could tell he wasn't from around here because he tried to drive down our street, but it comes to a dead end.  So, he got out and ran...  However, he was caught with a taser!  It didn't help that he was wearing a neon shirt.  Not so smart on his part.

Our dog is getting huge.  She's like doubled in size.  She is finally sleeping through the night without whining.  I was going to take some pictures of her to share, but my camera is dead.... So maybe later.  Well, it's dinner time and we can't find the dog... Later.

Tiffany, who is from Anderson and auditioned for American Idol (she was horrible), asked Mr. Alder if she could help teach Class Act how to sing....  Luckily, he said no!

08:21 pm: The waiting game.

1. Jacob was offered a job at Fort Campbell.  Taking the job would require him to enlist for another two years.  If all goes well, we'll be moving to Clarksville, TN in May.

2. I found out Thursday that my old Gender Studies advisor lied to me about one of my classes.  It's a HPER class and she told me that I shouldn't have a problem petitioning to substituting it  towards my major.  Well, turns out there are a very problems.  So, I just have to wait and see if they will make an exception for me.

3. I think I ate too much pizza.  My stomach hurts.

4. My nephew called my this morning to tell me that Jacob and I need to buy a house because he misses us and wants to come visit.  It was so cute.  I miss him too.

5. Ranger ball was awesome.  The best part was the free beer!  The worst part were the strippers.

12:10 pm: So...
I go to my car to go to Taco Bell and notice that my yellow ribbon, that says 1st Ranger Bn, is no longer on my car.  I know it couldn't have just fallen off because I put it around my antenna (got the idea from Michael).  So, I'm pretty sure someone stole it.  

Above all, I'm just pissed that someone would have the nerve to steal something like that. 


Edit:  I am also very angry about 93.1.  Mostly because the other radio station down here sucks ass.

05:13 pm: School time.
1.  My classes seem as though they aren't going to be stressful.

2. Jacob bought a new truck today.  He'll be here Thursday.

3. I think if it's over 90 degrees, I shouldn't have to go to class.

4. I spent $600 in one day.  $376 of that was on books.  I don't like that we can't put them on our bursar accounts anymore.

5. By putting my name on the insurance for our Grand Am, Jacob will save over a $1000 a year.  Guess what we're doing Friday?!

6. I am not happy that our floor does not have an stove.

7. I'm so happy that I get Chick-Fil-A again!

04:36 pm: Where's home?
1. I didn't make it back home.  Still in Savannah.

2. It's really hot down here.

3. Jacob's truck is not able to be fixed.

4. I am so ready to go back to school.

1. Jacob will be here in like ten minutes.  He got in an accident on the way here.  He's ok.  

2.  I'm going to Savannah for my birthday.  We leave Monday and I'll return on Thursday.

3.  I have no job!!!!!!

5. My birthday is in five days!!!!!!

I got a second job.

I threw up today at job #2.

I leave for Savannah next Thursday.

So, I've been home for about two days and a few things have happened.  I finally get to spend some time with Jacob and it's nice.  It is very nice to just sit around and do nothing for once.  Oh yeah, he asked me to marry him and I said yes!   It's exciting.  My family had decorations in the house and his family took us out for dinner.  My ring is a 1 caret princess cut.  It's very pretty.  So yeah... we're engaged!
